Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:
(As of September 1, 2014)

1. All parties must come to an agreement on date, time and and type of event before services will be booked and invoices will be sent.

1. All monies transactions will be handled via Paypal and a invoice will be sent to within 2 days of time of booking services.

3. Authors are expected to fully participate in the process of the promotional event from beginning to end. It gives us, the promotional team, direct contact with the author throughout the event and it gives the author direct say in events and activities going on during the promotional event.

4. As soon as payments is received, you can expect the event process to begin, which entails searching for blogs to participate, putting together promotional packages, making teasers, sending out ARCs (if applicable) and coordinating event and schedule.

5. If for any reason you have to cancel your services, a full refund will only be provided in the event the services are cancelled within 48 hours time of booking. After 48 hours, 50% of the service price will be kept for work that has already been completed on your event. If event if cancelled after one week's time, the monies for services will be 100% forfeited.

6. ARCs will be sent out when requested ONLY by the author, and will be sent directly to Kindle devices from the promotional company with consent from the author. Reviews will be apart of promotional event only when requested by the author. All reviews can not be guaranteed to be positive but promotional company will request if the rating if below a 3.5 star rating that the review wait to be posted until after the event and the blog participating will be requested to post a PROMO post only.
